Sumdog's educational games motivate students to practise maths. It is designed to improve numeracy for learners at many different levels. It covers over 100 numeracy topics and has ten different levels within each area.

Sumdog takes math and puts it into a great interactive format because the games are fun and competitive. Users can choose from a variety of different games, which help them to become stronger with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions.

Most of Sumdog's games are multiplayer, which means you can choose to play against other Sumdog users around the world. Users race against three other players who are using the site adding a competitive element (especially when they are competing against their own classmates).

Sumdog adapts to the skill level of the pupil playing the game. If the pupil keeps getting the questions right, they’ll get harder automatically, if they have problems with a topic, Sumdog will help them practise by asking more questions.
